The final set of photos from the Harry Potter studio tour... Amazingly life-like prosthetics, Diagon Alley and the model of the castle:
The tour finished with the 1:24 scale model of the Hogwarts castle, which was hand sculpted by the art department; the model is used in the film for aerial photography and was scanned for CGI scenes. It really is a work of art and a nice way to finish the tour.
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to the studios and recommend that anyone who loves Harry Potter to visit, it really makes you appreciate all of the details that went in to making the films.
